The Summit's apartments provide privacy, comfort and security; many boast
gorgeous views of the surrounding neighborhood, Queen Anne Hill, Lake Union and
the Cascade Mountains. Residents may choose accommodations from multiple floor
plans, depending on needs, wants and budget.

Stay active at or away from the Summit with an extensive activities program,
including van trips. Stay healthy by using the fitness room and sauna. Join the
Residents' Council, book club, guest lecturers or favorite hobby club. Socialize
in the dining room. Play tourist in your own city and visit museums, the
waterfront and the theater. Whatever your interests, chances are you will find
them here and nearby.

dressing, and medication management (additional fees apply). In cases of
emergency, assistance is available 24 hours. If the need for skilled nursing
care arises, residents have the option of transitioning to the Caroline Kline
Galland Home. |
Convenient Fee Structure
You will appreciate the convenience of our fee structure: one monthly payment
(no entrance fees) covers living quarters, assisted living services (if
applicable), utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, great kosher meals, wellness
programming and more.

Because of the specialized environment offered by the Summit, you are encouraged
to plan ahead. Even if you don't anticipate living at the Summit anytime soon,
