Located on a high knoll above beautiful Lake Sammamish, half way between metropolitan Seattle and the National Forest lands of the Cascade Mountains sits Providence Point, the Pacific Northwest's most unique and award-winning adult planned community.

Over 1200, 55+ active adults have moved to Providence Point since construction began on the 180 acre site in 1984. They have come from all walks of life and every part of the world. There is one thing everyone has in common. They are all enjoying the active and carefree living Providence Point has to offer as well as a community of caring neighbors and the rich cultural and recreational opportunities the Greater Seattle Area affords.

Recreation People live in this area because they love the opportunities for outdoor recreation. Hiking, boating, hunting, fishing, skiing, R.V.ing and golf are just a few of the advantages of Northwest lifestyle. At Providence Point we have tennis courts, putting greens, a horseshoe pit, an indoor swimming pool and five miles of walking trails.

Shopping/Transportation Bellevue Square is 20 minutes away from Providence Point and hosts the major department stores as well as many specialty shops. Transportation is available from Providence Point to nearby shopping needs, including groceries, banking and medical/dental appointments.
