If
you are planning ahead for an active retirement lifestyle with the
security of continuing care services, you will want to consider
Emerald Heights. Our casual but elegant northwest style
architecture plus a variety of floor plan options and the security
of our lifecare program make Emerald Heights an ideal choice for
your retirement years.
Emerald Heights'
lifecare program provides a continuum of services from residential
living to assisted living and skilled nursing care. As you join
the Emerald Heights community, you'll pay a one-time entrance fee
based upon the size of the residential unit selected, and the
number of people who will be occupying the unit. A variety of
floor plans are available from which to select. Payment of the
entrance fee and an ongoing monthly service fee provides for
lifetime residency and services, including those of assisted
living and skilled nursing if required. And, if those additional
assisted living and skilled nursing services are required, they
are provided (for an unlimited period of time) at no increase to
the residential monthly service fee.
Services
provided in the Monthly Service Fee include:

day |
